Dr David Smith is a 1982 graduate of ADIO Institute and practices in Harrisburg with his daughter, Breanna. He is very familiar with the changes that have come about requiring documentation and coding compliance. He is seasoned in instruction for continuing education including X-ray safety, whiplash dynamics, and ICD-10 coding. He continues to support the profession as secretary of the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania.
